He studied photography and fine arts at the University of Art and Design in Cluj, where he was involved in organizing student union representation and educational projects, as well as running a students’ gallery called Ataș Project Space.
He is a founding member and coordinator of Aici Acolo, a curatorial collective and pop-up gallery project in Romania that transforms unused or abandoned spaces into temporary art spaces organizes residencies and supports artistic research for emerging artists.
In 2019, he co-founded Off Season, an international artist residency in Albania focused on artistic research and site-specific production around the notion of critical tourism on the Albanian coast. Off Season exhibitions have travelled internationally, and the latest exhibition was part of Manifesta 14 in Prishtina/Kosovo.
